Solvent Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems is Microsolve Mono-Solvent'stwo-stage systems attained the highest cleaning standards yet amazingly running at a low cost. The systems use HFE (hydrofluoroether) or HFC (hydrofluoro-carbon) solvents. These solvents are followed by vapour rinsing and the freeboard dry. It can be used in precision cleaning bearings, gyro components, medical components, in the maintenance cleaning of pneumatic and hydrolic components, in electonics, flux removal from PBCs or soldering jigs and fixtures and the likes. Interested users are to submit sample components for free testing in the company's wide development workshop in England and get free recommended course of action.

Ultrasonic cleaning system - Co-Solvent series

The Microsolve Co-Solvent ultrasonic cleaning systems are specially designed for cleaning and maintenance operations such as solder flux removal, polishing compound removal, and power generation system components cleaning. These systems work by using two cleaning stages for high quality, heavy duty cleaning.

A combination of hydrocarbon solvating agent and HFE are used in the first stage to minimize the bulk of component contamination, such as high volume oil and dirt residue. Afterwards, the cleaning cycle is completed with freeboard drying and vapor rinsing.

The product is made up of two crystal components enclosed in the same housing but separated by an acoustic barrier.

The immersible transducers from Branson are known as versatile devices suitable for adding ultrasonics to both existing and new tankages, in a wide range of industrial settings. Cleaning with ultrasounds depends upon cavitation, while the violent collapse of minute cavities or bubbles in a cleaning liquid is possible. The small and intense imploding bubbles create a scrubbing solution for both hidden and exposed surfaces of the parts immersed in it.

As the operator increases the frequency, the number of cavities grows and each of these releases less energy, which makes higher frequencies suitable for removal of small particles without causing any damage to the substrate.
