Because of the high pump pressure ratio of 45:1 the extremely robustly manufactured gel coat spraying plant guarantees perfect results every time. The dosing ratio of the two components is controlled by mechanically linked pumps which, once set, cannot go out of ratio. Peroxides may be used undiluted direct from the original keg.
This gel coat spraying system is ideal for integration into automatic, CNC controlled plants, so called robotic spraying.
The Wolfangel total concept gel coat spraying system consists of the gel coat spraying unit, the HD-AM gel coat spraying gun and the specially designed hose reel attachment.

Wolfangel fibre-spraying plants are operated at low pressure, resin and glass being regulated infinitely in order to allow a production of big and small parts using the same machine without any resetting.
The machine can also be integrated into fully-automatic, robot-controlled plants.
