IPG-24/HV is a superbly designed and engineered gelcoater developed as a replacement for the established IP-6000 machine. It is equipped with Aplicator's patented Double Flow Technology, which guarantees accurate catalyst dosage with perfect mixing of the gelcoat and catalyst. To minimise solvent use, mixing of the components takes place in the spray gun. Ergonomically designed, the pneumatically operated spray gun includes a highly developed air-assisted spray nozzle that emits a minimum of spray fumes to provide optimum working conditions for operatives.

IPG-24HV Classic is a further development of the internationally acknowledged IPG-24/HV series. It utilises proven technology from both the established and reliable IPG-6000 series and IPG-24/HV machine. The Classic version has a static mixer on the machine, a pneumatically operated solvent pump for ease of cleaning and uses the same catalyst dosage technology that has made Aplicator synonymous with quality products over the last decades.
Operation
Aplicator’s IPG-24HV Classic gelcoater uses air driven dual-acting piston pumps for both the gelcoat and the catalyst. Manufactured from stainless steel, the catalyst pump incorporates a pressure gauge and pressure relief valve, and is mechanically synchronised with the resin pump. This provides precise and pulse free delivery of catalyst regardless of variations in air supply or resin viscosity. Catalyst dosage is easily adjusted using a hand wheel to change the catalyst pump stroke length. The mixing ratios are continuously variable. Catalyst can be pumped direct from the original container. Gelcoat is usually pumped from a 25-litre pail, but can also be pumped from a 200-litre drum, a bulk container or a fixed storage tank. Using a static mixer, both catalyst and gelcoat are thoroughly blended together before the material is pumped through a single hose to the gelcoat gun. For degassing and functional checks, the machine is equipped with a unique recirculation system for both catalyst and gelcoat.

MIPG-24/HV Combi is a Multi-colour Gelcoater and Polyester machine. This single machine, which is a further development of the successful MIPG-24/HV, is suitable for both gelcoat application with a spray gun and resin application using a roller during laminating processes. The new design is more compact and efficient whilst providing the same advantages as the MIPG-24/HV machine. With a simple and efficient change over action, it can apply different colours of gelcoat mixed by a static mixer on the spray gun. There is one polyester pump connected to a static mixer on the machine.
MIPG-24/HV Combi is a Multi-colour Gelcoater and Polyester machine. This single machine, which is a further development of the successful MIPG-24/HV, is suitable for both gelcoat application with a spray gun and resin application using a roller during laminating processes. The new design is more compact and efficient whilst providing the same advantages as the MIPG-24/HV machine. With a simple and efficient change over action, it can apply different colours of gelcoat mixed by a static mixer on the spray gun.
