This popular single layer extrusion line offers a wide choice of crosslinking configurations, from PEX-a, -b to -c. The extruder is an NMB 80-30D for the Monosil process, while the other processes like Sioplas use an NMB 80-24D. The extrusion group is equipped with a longitudinal head ELH-65.

Triple layer; ND 14 32 mm; Monosil or Sioplas
This line is designed to produce triple-layer tubes with an EVOH barrier. It is available in a Silane based PEX-b configuration using either the Monosil or Sioplas technique for the inner tube. The main extruder is an NMB 80-30D for Monosil and an NMB 80-24D for Sioplas. The NMA 30-24D extruder is used for the adhesive layer and the NMC 45-24D applies the EVOH layer. The extrusion group is equipped with an ECH 8/45 crosshead.
