The aim of the irrigation made with the Dripper System - that is known all over the world as the drip irrigation system - is to give directly to the plant roots, the right quantity of water, fertilizers and parasiticides, consequently avoiding their dispersion into the environment.
An accurately designed and well operating drip irrigation system offers many advantages as to a traditional system.
Among the most important advantages it must be stressed :
- efficient use of the irrigation water which means money saving for the water supply - reduction of the weeds and parasites around the plant.
The irrigation frequency and duration can be easily controlled by keeping constant the environmental balance between air, water and nourishing substances. This makes possible to irrigate the cultivations according to the variations of the seasonal climatic conditions and to the plant growing.
