Included in the Contiform line of stretch blow moulders, it can be customized considering manufacture requirements and are available in an array of sizes and model alternatives. It can cover the whole bottle spectrum such as from 0.1 to 5.0 litres, along with wide-neck containers. The tolerance reaches it maximum when it comes down to quality. There are specified measurements that must be met in terms of the blown bottles from the base up to the neck and should have a steady level of stability.
The Contiform S operates according to the two-stage process in which PET preforms are blown to form bottles. To do so, the prefabricated preforms are first carried through a modular linear oven which has been heated up to its optimum processing temperature.
