The 106 series of gas blenders from MCQ instruments are specifically engineered to deliver excellent gas blending and gas diluting performances in a gamut of applications. The series features extremely cost-efficient and compactly structured products which are custom-designed for individual users as per requirement.

Conventional gas blending systems incorporate multiple channels along with mass flow controllers, readout display and external source of power supply. The 106 series, on the other hand, features six channels in a convenient, modular design which can be upgraded easily to accommodate future requirements. The self-contained gas blender can thus be labeled a "Lab in a Box".

The modular and simplified design concept facilitates cost efficiency in system development and maintenance, granting ultra-quick turnarounds and fast time-to-market assembly. The inlet and outlet tubes feature push-in connections. Another exceptional product from the MCQ Instruments stable is the 200 series of gas blenders which features a "smart" user interface with 4-channel LCD and six push buttons to set and regulate blending ratios.

The CF121 laboratory carbonator is specifically designed for the ultra-fast carbonating of water or post-mixing of drinks in a host of applications such as QA and R&D institutions. The compactly structured device enables carbonating with exceptionally precise CO2 dosing along with extremely short start up times for cooling and saturation.

The carbonator is extremely easy to use, providing high exactitude in CO2 dosing with negligible effort. The required CO2 levels are effortlessly set in the system after which the system takes over operations and does the rest. The device even auto-fills fresh water into the saturation container after every filling. The output of the carbonator is approximately 25 l/h (6.6 gph), depending on the container dimension and levels of CO2, as per 50 PET bottles of 0.5 liter capacity.
