SIDRABE’s evaporation boats for the deposition of copper, silver and gold at high rates can be considered as major achievements in the area of thermal evaporation.

Evaporation rates of up to 10 g/min and lifetime of 20-80 hours can be achieved with these sources.

Electric arc evaporators are mainly installed in batch coaters. We have the ability to produce electric arc evaporators with both planar and tubular geometries with effective lengths of up to 1.15 m and tubular design with target length of up to 4.0 m (U-shaped) and up to 1.6 m (linear).

Our development of vapour sources for sublimation metals such as Mg and Zn with vapour utilization factor of 1.0 are one of our salient specialities.

Having gained much experience from our own designs we can apply this to modify, upgrade and retrofit existing deposition systems.

It also features small footprint performance such as fans with various pressures, 60 Hz motors, EC brush-free motors or ATEX sections. The Microchannel Condensers is manufactured by THERMOKEY s.p.a. The product is made of aluminum, and is constructed to comply with both customer demand and application requirements.

The M3C condensers are designed and manufactured to work with most standard refrigerants, such as the R404A, R507A, R134A, R410A, R290, ..., and R717. They can operate with a maximum working pressure of 45 bar, and are tested in the helium room up to 50 bar in accordance with internation CE 97/23 standards.

The Microchannel Condensers reliability, corrosion resistance, reduction of refrigerant charge, low air side pressure drop, modular design, easy maintenance and cleaning requirements, together with the compactness, and the lightweight structural construction allow the reduction of overall costs with more than 90% recyclability.

This is a totally new release of air cooled axial condensers that is a result of of the Thermokeys experience. This series of axial condensers use 3/8 tubes and they have a unique internal riffling along with a high efficiency fin. The design of the fin guarantees a high thermal exchange coefficient with reduced air pressure drops through the combination of special tubes and fins which allows the following features to be achieved. The maximum capacity is related to the heat exchange dimension and the minimum refrigerant charge.

Strict environmental standards used in sound pollution can be met. The declared capacities along with the sound levels are certified through the laboratories of the TUV Technischer Uberwachungs Verein Bayern Sachsen Germany based on ENV 327 and EN ISO 3744 norms. The new series of air cooled axial condensers comes with fans of three different diameters (500, 630 and 800 mm).

From Thermokeys R&D experience Turbo-J, an innovative series of double coil condensers, has come into being. This new series is capable of fully satisfying the needs of industrial refrigeration and air - conditioning operators. The new Turbo-J series has been designed, in order to be used with all environment-friendly refrigerants. The capacities of this series range from 100 kW to 1915 kW measured at nominal conditions (ENV 327 Norm). The extraordinary performance of these condensers is the result of an optimal combination of new high-efficiency aluminium fins, 3/8 copper tubes with a special inner corrugation and new fans which can develop high air flow with reduced current absorption and low sound emissions.

These dry-expansion exchangers are primarily used in applications relating to cooling of liquid, brine or water solutions in refrigeration plants and for hot water production in heat pumps. The ideal refrigerants are HFCs and HCFCs, among others, assuming their compatibility with material construction.

The cooling capacity range of the ThermoKey shell and tube evaporators, in certain standard conditions, range from 18 to 1,500 kW for the TME series and from 130 to 1,420 kW for the TLE series, which includes 1 to 4 refrigerant circuits.
