Shell and tube evaporator - 18 - 1 500 kW | TLE, TME
These dry-expansion exchangers are primarily used in applications relating to cooling of liquid, brine or water solutions in refrigeration plants and for hot water production in heat pumps. The ideal refrigerants are HFCs and HCFCs, among others, assuming their compatibility with material construction. The cooling capacity range of the ThermoKey shell and tube evaporators, in certain standard conditions, range from 18 to 1,500 kW for the TME series and from 130 to 1,420 kW for the TLE series, which includes 1 to 4 refrigerant circuits.
