Our two-storage gas burner employs an electro-magnetically driven 2-stage gas-regulation valve. After the combustion, the exhaust is recycled for reheating using a blast-pipe, which drastically reduces pollution. Our burners are especially adept at curtailing NOx and CO emission, up to the standard prescribed by EN676 (Class III). In addition, the burners afford a very functional design. It incorporates simple ON/OFF control, manual airflow adjustment, and gas-train fuel entry with adjustable valve tightness. The gas-train could be made to supply the fuel from either the top or the bottom. Further, the ingenious design features a detachable mixing unit for easy maintenance and a 7-pole connector, flange, and insulating-seal assembly for convenient coupling with the boiler.
