The RS/M burners series covers a firing range from 70 to 2650 kW, and it has been designed for use in low or medium temperature hot water boilers, hot air or steam boilers, diathermic oil boilers. Operation can be two stage progressive or, alternatively, modulating with the installation of a PID logic regulator and respective probes.
RS/M burners series guarantees high efficiency levels in all the various applications, thus reducing fuel consumption and running costs.

The RS/E and RS/EV series burners are characterised by a modular monoblock structure that means all necessary components can be combined in a single unit thus making installation easier, faster and, above all, more flexible. The series covers a firing range from 1350 to 8100 kW, and they have been designed for use in hot water boilers or industrial steam generators.
Operation can be two stage progressive or alternatively modulating with the installation of a PID logic regulator on the RS/E series burners while RS/EV series is fully modulating.
The mechanisms of regulation allow to catch up a high modulation ratio on all firing rates range.
The burner can, therefore, supply with precision the demanded power, guaranteeing an high efficiency system level and the stability setting, obtaining fuel consumption and operating costs reduction. The burner operation can be intermittent or continuous by menu setting.
The innovative combustion head, adjustment system ensures perfect movement during modulation as well as reducing noise and pollutants.

The Riello Gulliver BS series of 1-stage gas burners is a full range of Low NOx emission burners. They provide a solution to all home heating needs and conform to the strictest standards in the reduction of pollutant emissions. This burner series come in four models ranging over a 16 to 250 kW output that is divided into four various structures.
All models are equipped with the Riello components built for the Gulliver series. The high quality of the burners ensure a safe operation. The burners are equipped with micro-processor based burner safety control box that provides an indication of operation and analysis of the error cause. The design of these burners aim to reduce noise, provide easy adjustment and installation and achieving the smallest size possible to allow it to be installed in various boiler types.

The Riello Gulliver BSF series of one stage burners is a full product range that provide a solution to demands in light industrial processes such as spray painting ovens, small steam or thermal boilers, bakery ovens and all applications that need a user-friendly and reliable industrial product with optimum performance and specific functions. The Gulliver BSF series comes in 4 different models with a 16 to 246 kW output range that is distributed in 4 various models. All of the models use components manufactured by Riello for the Gulliver series. All models have the same overall dimensions and ventilation system with the previous 1-stage gas models. The burners are equipped with micro-processor based safety control box to provide operation indication and fault cause diagnosis. This series works on 50 or 60 Hz and 220 to 230 voltage.

These burners can be ordered without a blower which is suitable for re-circulating air applications. They offer reliable and simple operations with lower CO emissions compared to the other air heating burners.

All of the models are equipped with an integral combustion air blower that is mounted on the steel case of the burner. The blower provides a stable operation in various ranges of duct velocities with no need for an profile plate installation around the burner because it supplies the right air volume and pressure to the burner.

These airheat burner uses a powerful combustion air motor to create air stream velocities ranging from 250 to 6000 fpm. The integral parts such as the blower and its steel case mounting is encased in a durable housing. It is easy to install with minimum maintenance requirement contributing to its overall cost efficiency. This machine also has a multi-fuel capability and can burn natural gas or propane. The series also offers a butane version. The AirHeat v1 produces less emissions like NOx. CO and aldehydes.
