The MBA-013 unit is a hardening line developed by GH ELECTROTERMIA S.A. It is consisting of 2 different heating stations wherein the parts are being facilitated by 2 autonomous transfers. For the process, the parts are tightened first by a jaw chuck to be hardened the on the stems hardening station. Afterwards, the parts are turned on the transfer and arrive to the tracks hardening station. When the tracks are already hard, the other manipulator turns the part and fixes it with the tracks.
