MagmaTherm MTTF tube furnaces (1100 degrees Celsius to 1300 degrees Celsius) have a unique design and are very reliable and long-lived. They provide an accurate temperature control and optimum insulation. They are also very ergonomic and energy-saving.
They feature unique PID control with a four-line display and user-friendly menu. They also have a PID-controlled software and synchronized hardware. The temperature control allows adjustments with a discrepancy of only 1 degree Celsius. The heating acceleration can be configured between 3 degrees Celsius per minute and 20 degrees Celsius per minute. Also, it has options for a direct or two-stepped heating program.
It has two separate memory modules to keep two different programs which simplifies choosing and usage of a program. It also features a sound warning when the step changes, and when the entire heating program has ended.
Its timer indicates total heating time and the cumulative average working temperature. It also allows date and time adjustment. The sound warning is activated and the heating process is halted automatically in case the furnace is heated over the maximum heating temperature and also if the control unit or control card is overheated.
