Jet scrubber / wet type

These intelligently designed Gas scrubbers are work like jet pumps. In low pressure differences the treated gas is combined under tubulance with the scrubbing liquid and then separated. The driving nozzle is placed axially in a vertical pipe which causes the liquid driving medium get transformed to subtle drops. These drops then are sucked by the drain and then compressed. Any gain pressure is compensated y the pressure drop in a following packing material column. As pressure gain is used, there is no need to have mechanical ventilators for sucking and hauling the gases. The gaseous parts get scrubbed by the drops of the driving liquid. However, when hauling takes place, there is sufficient gas scrubbing during the intensive exchange of matter. This happens between the drops and the gas phase.

Wet type scrubber / jet - 32 l/min | K-415

Safety in the laboratory is of greatest priority, hence the Scrubber with its four cleaning steps offers maximal user safety. It secures the environment not just by neutralizing the poisonous fumes and reaction gases, but also by limiting the use of cooling water.

Dry scrubber / toxic / corrosive gas - max. 16 MW | LMB-EGS

This is SAACKEs unique system for the removal of SOX and solid particles from exhaust gases emitted by diesel engine and boiler operations. LMB-EGS features dry separation of soot prior to SOX removal with a specially designed ventilator/separator, known as VentSep. By reduction of particulate matter (PM) in the early stage of exhaust gas puri cation all successive components bene t from signi cantly lowered PM contamination. This results in compact exhaust gas boiler designs with minimal maintenance requirements as well as the possibility to omit wash water treatment in open loop SOX reduction. Overall system removal rates of up to 99 % regarding SOX and up to 97 % of the solid particles can be realized with the LMB-EGS.
