IGBT module - ModSTACK™, PrimeSTACK™

The ModSTACK™ series of IGBT stacks and accessories features Infineon Technologies' IGBT modules, and the IGBT driver to get ratings to go from 100A to 1600A when at a 690 V AC line supply. These interfaces work with thermal management setups and work with many inverter topologies. These are made to enhance the overall power range and to use PrimePACK IGBT4 modules. This unit works with all switches as needed and works with the right components for managing current and temperature measurements.

The control electronics and power section are separate from one another and reinforced isolation helps to protect their units. The unit also has safe inverters that can be made quickly without the designer needing to do much in the process, the series also uses 600, 1200 and 1700 V settings.
