Zolix's PMTH-S1-(x) Side Window Photomultiplier Tubes are integrated with electromagnetic and optical shielding systems. These tubes correlate with SAC sample chambers and Omni spectrographs, and feature extensive current output levels. With these tubes, a wide range of side-window photomultiplier model tubes are capable of being integrated.

The PMTH-S1-(x) Side Window Photomultiplier Tubes deliver increased operating productivity when integrated with an HVC1800 power source.

The XM 1000 monochromated X-ray source provides optimum photon flux and excellent energy resolution. In addition low background and the absence of satellites are key advantages of the XM 1000 over non-monochromated x-ray sources. Narrow core level peaks and lower background makes identification of the surface chemistry by ESCA analysis and other x-ray spectroscopy applications unchallenging.

Ease-of-use guaranteed by a fully software controlled digital power supply combined with a simple alignment procedure of the complete monochromator ensures optimum performance of the XM 1000 every day.

Digital power supply
The DAR 400 is a twin-anode high intensity x-ray (flood) source. Dedicated design provides minimized crosstalk between the two anodes and a digital power delivers up to 400 W highly stabilized X-ray power. The power supply is fully software integrated; automatic soft-start and degassing procedures ensure easy handling of the source. In standard configuration the source is configured with a Magnesium and an Aluminum anode. The anode can also be provided with other anode materials.
