WAGO's 756 Series includes IP67 cables and connectors with configurable connectors. This is an M8 (three-pole, with pin penetration) connector, also available is the M12 (four- or five-pole, with spring or screw clamp technology) that works as a socket or plug.

TE Connectivity’s magnet wire receptacles combine AMPLIVAR splices’ insulation piercing design and FASTON’s quick connect mating interface. This design provides a fast, direct connection method to magnet wiring, which eliminates the requirement for a separate stranded wire terminal connection to output or input devices. As a result, the manufacturing process is streamlined by a direct crimping with magnet wire without needing to pre-strip.

The wire barrel designs are unique, and feature burrs and serrations which are adaptable to aluminum magnet wire production processes. The metal-to-metal compression crimp that is produced features exceptional tensile strength. Both straight and flag options are offered to mate with 6.35-mm and 4.75-mm FASTON tabs for use in various applications. For aluminum and/or copper magnet wire, contact is available.

Amplivar magnet wire terminals and splices are used to terminate copper and aluminum magnetic wires. These magnetic wires do not require any prior stripping by the user, and thus the Amplivar terminals and splices can be directly attached to the ends of these wires either on their own or in combination with standard stranded or solid lead wire.

Amplivar terminals and splices have what is known as a unique barrel with a capacity of three wires at a time and serrations and burrs that efficiently crimp metal together, thereby maintaining their superior tensile strength. AMPLIVAR splices are available in either the five, seven or nine serration versions and terminals in Faston quick-connect-style for those who buy them.

For protection from condesation, water, salt and corrostion, turn to DuraSeal and their remarkable line of heat shrinkable nylon crimp products.

The durable, heat-shrinkable nylon tubing is highly resistant of abrasions and damages caused by cut-through or vibrations.

Developed to relieve strain, DuraSeal products are easy to install with just a crimp tool and heat source needed.

They are suitable for a wide range of wire sizes, from guage size 22 up to 10 AWG. They feature color-coding for easy identification, but are still transparent to allow for visual inspection.

AMP PIDG Faston tabs have a tin-plated copper support sleeve and tin-plated brass tab within a nylon insulation that crimps tightly onto the wire insulation, delivering high-class performance in high vibration conditions. For excellent electrical and mechanical connection, each wire strand of lead is crimped.

The color-coded insulation sleeve provides a visual identification of the wire size and protection from adjacent shorting electrical sources. It operates at a maximum operating voltage of 300V. Fason tabs can accommodate different wire sizes from 10 to 22 AWG. The units can be used in wiring harnesses, control units and any equipment needing a tab connector.
