AMP PIDG Faston tabs have a tin-plated copper support sleeve and tin-plated brass tab within a nylon insulation that crimps tightly onto the wire insulation, delivering high-class performance in high vibration conditions. For excellent electrical and mechanical connection, each wire strand of lead is crimped.The color-coded insulation sleeve provides a visual identification of the wire size and protection from adjacent shorting electrical sources. It operates at a maximum operating voltage of 300V. Fason tabs can accommodate different wire sizes from 10 to 22 AWG. The units can be used in wiring harnesses, control units and any equipment needing a tab connector.
