The COT series, which is manufactured by Trench, is a transformer bushing that made in accordance with the IEC 60137 standard for transformer applications. The series is available in models with voltage capacities that range from 24 kV up to 550 kV. When the unit is integrated with a draw lead, it has a maximum current capacity of up to 1000 ampere, and when it is integrated with a solid rod it has a maximum capacity of up to 5000 ampere.

Oil transformer bushing - 25 - 500 kV | OTAA

The OTTA bushing by Trench is an oil impregnated paper condenser bushing which are engineered according to IEEE C57.19.01. It contains a maximum voltage of 25 kV to 500 kV which is the common rating for most bushing equipment. Some of its advantages are, it has a free top terminal having a multi-spring contact for regulation and an epoxy insulator with embedded end shield. Plus, its cantilever withstand capability is increased due to flange that are porcelain cemented. Also, the oil side epoxy insulator enables the unit to be superior in impact resistance and size reduction. For high current operation, it has a draw lead brushing made to be compatible for standard cable application and split conductor. In addition, based on IEEE C57.19.01 it has a standard creepage level of about 44 mm/kV.

Epoxy resin impregnated paper insulation. Vacuum impregnation of the condenser core gives excellent partial discharge performance

Design allows for differential expansion across normal operating temperature range
Connecting flange incorporates a test tapping for capacitance and tan delta measurement during periodical maintenance
Non-standard CT accommodation and corona shields can be provided on request

HETA is high current bushings designed in compliance with the IEC 60137, ANSI. It is used for transformer busbar isolated connection. Current rating for the bushing is 24 kV to 52 kV with to 31 500A. It is constructed with the central aluminum conductor cast without joints. Vacuum impregnated epoxy condenser is its main insulation. It is available with a solid filling to conveniently mount to any angle.
Its thermal stability is excellent with less than 10pC at 1.5Un partial discharge. Do not worry about oil leakage from the transformer due to porcelain breakage. You can get accommodation for the current transformer upon request. It features standard test tapping
