Datalogic's TL46 contrast sensor series is defined by best performances in terms of high switching speed, low response time and a resolution due to a RGB LEDs emission. The sensor is furnished in a strong metal housing equipped with standard fixing, and is made available in three (3) versions. TL46-W basic version is geared with 2 LEDs indicator and 2 set push-buttons. TL46-WL, the standard version, has set a bar graph, 3 push-buttons, 4 LEDs indicator and is also available for manual setting of the threshold. Lastly, TL46-WLF enhanced version has a 4-digit display for the fixing of the most advanced functions, like dynamic acquisition of the contrast mark. The sensor has a 30kHz switching frequency helping it achieve maximum market performances.

Datalogic S65-W contrast sensor series is a sophisticated contrast sensor, which is suitable for detecting registration marks, and various other colored and neutral targets.
The housing, with IP67 mechanical protection, is robust and compact. It is made of ABS and is 50x50mm.
S65-W has a broad-spectrum white LED emission and employs the latest techniques to assure precise contrast detection.
Three push-buttons are included in the control panel for simple and quick setting. Also included is a 4-digit display that shows configuration parameters as well as the received signal levels. All these features don't require any outside devices to be connected.
A variety of models are available. These include models with single NPN or PNP switching output. Also available is a model with RS485 serial interface for transmission of data along with analog monitoring output in proportion to the light intensity received.
