The ML20 markless sensor is encased in a robust metal housing and is provided with a plug that can be rotated at 90 degrees. Monitoring of process quality and easy sensor teach-in via a control panel or SOPAS increases the reliability of device to several folds. The format can be changed at fast speed via Ethernet through teaching of the saved formats.It delivers a superior scanning speed of 7m/s even with complex images, which greatly reduces system downtime and wastage. It offers freedom of packaging as it has fewer loose parts and less builder restrictions. A visible light spot aligns the sensor quickly and in a simplified manner that notches on the housing panel.
