The Agilent 400-DS Dissolution Apparatus 7 has set the performance standard specifically for small-scale drug-release testing on medical devices like drug eluting stents (DES). It has different custom and standard holders that are available for testing of leachables, extractables, wound-care products, catheters, contact lenses, pacemaker leads, combinatorial products and more.
It is considered the first dissolution apparatus built specifically for small-scale dissolution testing including combination drug products that meet the tedious requirements of USP Apparatus 7. The 400-DS also complies with 21 CFR Part 11 guidelines and is able to bring an unbeaten level of efficiency, throughput and convenience to R&D and quality control operations.
