Detection Technology company offers dual energy and single energy detector boards in its X-Card DE and SE product family. These can be used in check point, air cargo screening, full body scanning and baggage checking purposes. Basically, their use is for security screening applications that require material discrimination.

For security and industrial uses, single energy production versions are available and can be used for various X-ray inspection applications. The range is available in single and dual energy options, equipped with a high-performance photo-diode, an ASIC design with advanced packaging technology, low energy GOS scintillator, high energy CsI scintillator, a wide sensitivity range of 1.5 pC-76.5 pC, separate settings for LE and HE and 64 pixels in both LE and HE, economizing the cost per pixel. This range provides complete detector solutions, with readout electronics as well.

The X-Scan U-Shape is manufactured by Detection Technology. It is an X-ray detector that is developed for the digital tyre inspection of engineering tyres, radial tyres, car tyres and giant tyres.

It has a range from 40KeV to 160KeV, and pixel size options of 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.8 mm and 1.5 mm. It has a frame grabber card interface, and is especially designed for humid and polluted environment.
