The TR-36B is a 2 or 4-wire line modem that uses an analog V.34 PSTN connection and can manage data rates at 115.2 kbit/s on a terminal side and 33.6 kbit/s on the line side. This is used to work in hard conditions where many modems have to be used in one location at the same time. This uses a password-protected setup and a dial-back security link plus caller ID support for industrial needs.
This is also designed to be remotely configured so it may work in places where no other parties are available to take care of items. This modem can be used in the Westermo RV-07B 19 rack and can handle 16 cards at a time. This may also work with two PS-20 power units and can use a 24 V power supply on the outside to make it more functional. The unit can manage Fast Connect Terminal setups as well.

The optional StecaGrid Connect Network Card offers efficient monitoring capabilities. This is an optionally available card that makes it possible to display data in a regular web browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer. There is no software requirement as this is done through the integrated web server.
Graphical analysis and data archiving can also be done using their free software. A computer is the only requirement for viewing and analyzing all the data pertaining to the solar power system. The free software does an excellent job of presenting the data graphically in a clear and understandable format.

The FOM-1090 and FOM-1091 fiber optic isolator\modem cards are noted for delivering synchronous, asynchronous, and isochronous interfacing to serial data communications equipment. The functioning is transparent that it allows for all data formats and protocol, while supporting different kinds of timing like DCE and DTE, uncommon clocking styles like gapped clock or gated clock. There is a front panel indicator responsible for showing status and direction of all supported signals. There is provision to show power supply and optical link status for each card. While working in high electrical noise or in/out of RF shielded enclosures, the card delivers complete electrical isolation for NRZ data communications. Control Signal and Relay Contacts (FOM) series FOM-9010, FOM-9011 and FOM-9012 is a fiber optic isolator and a modem card for uni-directional transport of the low-level control and contact status signals. Front panel indicators are available to display the status of all signals in addition to power supply and optical connection status of each card. The FOM-9010 is used with the combination of contact closure sense and voltage inputs.
The unit in the voltage input mode can accept polarity sensitive TIA-232, TTL, or TIA-422 state indications and AC or DC voltages sensing for simple presence. There are 12 input channels that can be easily configured on an individual basis. If the unit starts accepting certain electrical data standards, the unit will not be suitable for the data use. The unit activity is displayed as an AC voltage and it will be identified as the FOM-9011 supports Form A or Form B solid state contacts on the output channels. You can individually configure all 12 channels and the Form B contacts remain shorted even with the FOM powered off.
