From the makers of quality innovations bringing their top of the line Industrial Hydraulics,BOSCH Rexroth's VT-HACD-3-2X HACD-closed-loop Control Electronics are created for the task of controlling position, velocity, pressure/force (also overriding) of industrial hydraulics.

Bodac can be utilized to configure the bus tables. The bus tables describe which parameters are mapped in the transmit and the receive screens. The mapped parameters in the transmit screen are transferred to the master from the VT-HACD-DPQ at the same time, the mapped parameters in the Receive screen are sent by the master to the VT-HACD-DPQ. This structure of the bus tables will be attributed to as Mapping in the remainder of
this document. This manual only characterizes the installation and function of the controller in relation to the Fieldbus system.The details concerning the commissioning of the controller using BODAC can be seen in the manual Installation and operation of the HACD-DPQ controller card. A list of applicable certification can also be found in the chapter Additional documentation.

This device can be used in construction machines, as well as in motor vehicles. If the machine has a hydraulic system, no other compressed air system is needed. This device works with fixed pumps (open center) or with load sensing hydraulic systems.

The brake system was designed with an open structure. It includes a foot brake valve LT05 (1-circuit) or LT07(2-circuit), an accumulator charging valve LT06, a hand brake valve LT08, relay valve LT09, and brake valve, inching LT31.

This system is designed with space-saving in mind; therefore, little piping is needed. The total systems includes compact brake block LT12 (1-circuit) or LT13 (2-circuit), and accumulator charging valve, circuit separation through an inverted shuttle vales, hand-brake valve controlled by mechanical or electrical means and an independent pedal LT20.

Through a systematic analysis of the technical problems concerning the steering effort reduction and the road safety, it has been realized a new TAS/THP range.

The power steering new series has original solutions which overcome the problems of modern vehicles.

The main characteristics of the power steering series TAS/THP are:

* Utmost control precision and small dimensions;
* Lightness and proportionally in the effort on the steering wheel in relation to the resistance met by the wheels on the road;
* Included automatic magic poppets which enables an easy and rapid installation on the vehicle, without any instruments assistance. Furthermore, this power steering guarantees the optimum stability of the vehicle in straighaway running.
