Multi-axis motion control card - PCI | DMC-18x6

The DMC-18x6 motion controller is Galil's highest performance PCI bus motion controller. It belongs to Galil's latest generation motion controller family: the Accelera Series, which accepts encoder inputs up to 22 MHz, provides servo update rates as high as 32 kHz, and processes commands as fast as 40 microseconds-10 times the speed of prior generation controllers.
The DMC-18x6 is a full-featured, PCI motion controller card. The DMC-18x6 is available in one through eight-axis formats, and each axis is user-configurable for stepper or servo motor operation. With a powerful RISC processor, the DMC-18x6 controllers provide such advanced features as PID compensation with velocity and acceleration feedforward, program memory with multitasking for simultaneously running eight applications programs, optically isolated digital I/O, and uncomitted analog inputs. Modes of motion include point-to-point positioning, position tracking, jogging, linear and circular interpolation, contouring, electronic gearing and ecam.
Like all Galil controllers, programming the DMC-18x6 is simplified with two-letter, intuitive commands and a full set of software tools such as GalilTools for servo tuning and analysis.

Multi-axis motion control card - Ethernet 10/100Base-T, RS-232 | DMC-41x3

The DMC-41x3 motion controller is Galil's latest generation Econo motor controller. Compared with the DMC-21x3 Econo controller, the DMC-41x3 offers the following enhancements: 100BASE-T Ethernet, aux RS232 port, USB port, uncommitted analog inputs, accepts 15 MHz encoder frequencies, more program memory, and faster sample frequencies. The DMC-41x3 also accommodates the same stepper and servo motor drives used in the DMC-40x0 Accelera series and allows two 4-axis 500 W drives to be installed in the 8-axis controller package.
The DMC-41x3 is available as a box-level or card-level motion controller. The unit operates stand-alone or interfaces to a PC with Ethernet 10/100BASE-T, or USB. It includes optically isolated I/O in addition to analog inputs and outputs. The DMC-41x3 controller and drive unit accepts power from a single 20-80 VDC source. The DMC-41x3 is available in one through eight axis formats, and each axis is user-configurable for stepper or servo motor operation. Standard programming features include PID compensation with velocity and acceleration feedforward, multitasking for simultaneously running up to eight programs, and I/O processing for synchronizing motion with external events.

Multi-axis motion control card / stepper / PCI - DMC-18x2

Multi-axis motion control card / stepper / PCI - DMC-18x2

The DMC-18x2 Econo Series are PCI bus motion controllers designed for the most cost-sensitive applications. The DMC-18x2 controllers accommodate 1- through 4-axis formats and allow control of step or servo motors on any combination of axes. Any mode of motion can be programmed including linear and circular interpolation, contouring, electronic gearing and ecam. To minimize cost, the following features are not available on the DMC-18x2: five through eight axes of control, optical isolation on inputs, uncommitted analog inputs, dual encoder inputs, and the auxiliary FIFO and DPRAM communication channel. If you need these features, select the DMC-18x6 Accelera PCI controller.
Like all Galil controllers, programming the DMC-18x2 is simplified with two-letter, intuitive commands and a full set of software tools such as GalilTools for servo tuning and analysis.

Single shaft motion control card - Ethernet / RS232 | DMC-300xx series

The DMC-30000 Pocket Motion Controller Series is Galil's latest generation single-axis motion controller. It uses a 32-bit RISC processor to provide higher speed than older models. The DMC-30000 is available as a compact card-level or box-level unit and connects to a stepper or servo motor amplifier of any power range. Or, the DMC-30000 can be purchased with an internal 800-Watt brushless sine drive or microstepping drive which minimizes space, cost and wiring. The motion controller operates stand-alone or can be networked to a PC via Ethernet.

Galil's CDS-3310 is a single-axis controller and drive system for precisely controlling a brush or brushless servo motor. It combines a high-performance, programmable motion controller with a 500W PWM drive in a compact, cost-effective package. The CDS-3310 provides a 10/100 Base-T Ethernet port and individual...

Single shaft motion control card - 1 - axis, max. 500 W | CDS-3310

Galil's CDS-3310 is a single-axis controller and drive system for precisely controlling a brush or brushless servo motor. It combines a high-performance, programmable motion controller with a 500W PWM drive in a compact, cost-effective package. The CDS-3310 provides a 10/100 Base-T Ethernet port and individual CDS-3310 units may be connected on a distributed network and programmed as a single controller. The communication burden is minimized because the host PC only has to talk with the master CDS-3310, which in turn communicates with the other CDS-3310 on the network.
The CDS-3310 incorporates a 32-bit microcomputer and provides such advanced features as PID compensation with velocity and acceleration feedforward, program memory with multitasking for simultaneously running up to eight programs, and uncommitted I/O for synchronizing motion with external events. Modes of motion include point-to-point positioning, jogging, contouring, electronic gearing and ECAM. As with all Galil controllers, programming the CDS-3310 is simplified with two-letter, intuitive commands and a full set of software tools such as WSDK for servo tuning and analysis, and the ActiveX Tool Kit for Visual Basic users.
