The NKOMA-precision screw jacks are specifically designed to provide highly precise lifting, lowering and pivoting of loads. These units feature a cubic housing (machined on all sides) made out of high quality grey cast iron and aluminum, ensuring excellent durability and long service without any need for maintenance (under normal operating conditions). The motor and screw jack assemblies were designed for installation in any position, while the unique form of the worm gearing helps reduce inter-gear specific pressures, and further improves durability. The worm unit is made out of hardened and ground alloy steel of top quality. These units feature matched spindle pitch and gear ratio, single start precision screws (self-locking), but are also available with a selection of ball screw options (better lifting speed, compared to trapezoidal units), due to safety regulations.

The Inkoma-bevel gear high-speed screw jack type KSH is specifically designed with a modular structure and is available in 3 sizes. Each size can be in two ratios which are the 2:1 and the 3:1. This device contains an all-gear housing that is cubic in form and is machined on all faces. This is made from a GG 25 grey cast-iron. This Inkoma-bevel gear screw jack is distinguished from the Inkoma-precision screw jacks HSG series due to its spiral bevel gear sets. In manufacturing this product, a high quality alloy steel is used, and its case is hardened. Furthermore, set of robust rolling bearings provide the support for the input shaft and the lifting spindle axis allows a deterrent-free performance.

The device is usable in demanding and harsh environments and provides excellent performance. It is made from high quality material and by carefully using design techniques. The device uses gray cast iron and is robust. It comes with a properly recessed oil level indicator and ventilation screw. Its fixing faces are machined carefully. The surface area is enhanced by cooling fins which are orientated with the spindle. This helps in achieving optimum level of heat dissipation.
INKOMA-screw jack comes with lifting spindle which may be trapezoidal or ballscrew. The spindle is driven using the worm wheel via hardened and ground gears. These pars have optimal shape and design. Worm Gear Screw Jacks Type NP/I are available in three versions. Version A is the standard version which has a spindle that moves 1 mm in an axial direction. Version B has a groove that secures the spindle over its entire length. Version C has a spindle that is fixed to the worm gear. A protective sleeve is supplied with the first two versions.
The products are enclosed in an aluminum alloy housing and are machined on all sides and filled with lubricant. The worm is made from ETG100, while the gear made from Gbz12. The machine is self-locking to a certain extent. The spindle of the instruments is constructed out of material C15.
Left-hand, stainless steel, or ball screw versions can be made upon request.
