The CY Series is available in nine different bore sizes, including 6mm, 63mm and up to 1,000mm. There are five model variations, offering users a diverse application choice and as there is no external leakage, the CY Series is ideal for use in a multitude of environments. The cylinders used are magnetically coupled, and as a result reduce mounting space and increase the range of application suitability.

Integrated guides permit loads and moments and a number of these can be utilized to attain the correct accuracy or allowable moment required for the application. Readers should note that all auto switches are integrated as standard.

The MY1 series mechanical joint rodless actuator is the ideal device to use if long strokes with a compact size and integrated guide are needed. This device includes four standard model sizes, which allows the user to select the correct bearing style appropriate to the accuracy and load requirements of the application being used.

This device can also be combined with the MY1 series cylinder with an external guide to create special engineered solutions. Piping options can be chosen in accordance to the application being used and the MY1 rodless actuator is available in nine different bore sizes ranging from 16mm up to 100mm. Standard strokes up to 2,000mm are available and there are even 5,000mm long stroke options on certain bore sizes.

CFT AUTOMATION SYSTEM's SMC Cam slide is part of the Cam linear handling system for automation in several industries, changing a uniform rotary motion from a self-braking or asynchronous three-phase gear motor into a linear motion of the cam's carriage. The cam slides are suitable for use on two-/three-axes manipulators, clearing slides, or tilters.

The SMC Cam features slides that are made of electro-welded steel in a steel carriage with recirculating balls rollers. The allow steel cam also has an induction hardened track with polyurethane protective bellows. The cam follower, as well as the radial and radio-axial bearings have long-term lubrication for easy maintenance. Lastly, the Worm gear motor (with orthogonal axis) comes with torque limiter.

The TMC is designed by CFT to primarily convert rotary motion in to linear motion. The motorization is obtained by means of an asynchronous motor and a reducer worm. Its speed and deceleration is determined by the form of the cam and is maintained during the entire positioning cycle.

It is equipped with micro-switches to stop the engine from working. Whilst the standard versions may come with motor torque input. The operator can mount the unit either horizontally or vertically. The speed of the stroke depends on the customers requirements which could be an interval between 50 and 2500 mm.

Finally, the predetermined station position is locked by the cam profile, which provides superior protection, especially in the case of a power failure.
