The products bearing block and slides are made of anodized aluminum while the guide pillars and spindle are made of stainless steel. The bearing slide rail is maintenance free and the radial backlash only measures 0.02 mm and it has functional design. The product has self-locking spindle and it has standard framework. The product has functional design and modular framework.

The backlash on reversal measures < 0.02 mm and it does not have clamping capability. Lastly, the product has various types of operations like positioning of all types of components and units such as stops,sensors, limit switches, tables, cameras, complete assemblies, etc and it has format settings on machines.

The KT2512-L-PA-PT2512 is a manual linear positioning stage that is universally used to position generally all kinds of components and units, such as stops, sensors and limit switches. It is equipped with a spindle that can self lock, and can be adjusted without the need of clamping.

Available in two sizes, this device is constructed with a bearing block and slides that are fabricated from anodized aluminum. It is integrated with guide pillars and spindles formed from stainless steel.

To operates this tool, a scale knob is turned allowing the adjustment of the positioning slide. A single graduation indication on the scale knob accounts to a longitudinal movement of 0.1mm. Its spindle is capable of being clamped to the bearing block.
