The Makino T1 is a machine used as a solution for die and mould, roughing to finishing and aerospace application. It is an integration of the characteristic of MAG/A and T Series. It suffices the necessities of aluminum and titanium machining. Its spindle is built through a coolant technology which enables it to provide a tool life extension by the means of warranting a large volume of cooling fluid near the cutting point.
It has a pallet size of 1.000 x 1.000 mm and a maximum payload capacity of 3.000 kg. It also has a work size of 1.500 x H 1.500 mm.

The moving gantry structure is attached with a 16-place tool magazine that allows expansion up to 32 and offers fitting with an exchanger system for significant reduction in tool change time.
The high power (15 kW in S1) electrically-driven spindle with HSK-63F tool holder enables machine operation, including heavy-duty work, with high speed and accurate optimum results. The 500 mm blade is housed separately in a dedicated magazine.
