CNC machining center / 5-axis / vertical / bridge type - SATELLITE XT
The 5-axis CNC machining center with moving gantry structure is specialty designed for milling, drilling, threading and cutting, on bars or large workpieces generally composed of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general and steel. The machine's moving parts are composed of a gantry with a precision rack and pinion drive. The moving gantry structure is attached with a 16-place tool magazine that allows expansion up to 32 and offers fitting with an exchanger system for significant reduction in tool change time. The high power (15 kW in S1) electrically-driven spindle with HSK-63F tool holder enables machine operation, including heavy-duty work, with high speed and accurate optimum results. The 500 mm blade is housed separately in a dedicated magazine. The machine offers the flexibility of double mode operation during which the work piece (load/unload) can be changed while the machine is running, thus minimizing machine downtime. The dynamic double mode enables possibility of changing features.
