The 2L Modular Vacuum Chucks are a unique Vacuum Chuck System that eliminates the need to create custom fixtures and allows easy prototyping of workpieces.
The 8" x 12" Modular Vacuum Chucks can be used as a Single Vacuum Chuck, or combine 2, 3, 4 or more Modular Vacuum Chuck Pallets to easily increase the workholding area as needed.
Four preconfigured Vacuum Chuck Kits with 1, 2, 3 or 4 Vacuum Chucks are available. Additional Vacuum Chuck Pallets can be added to further increase the size of your vacuum workholding area.
The 8" x 12" Modular Vacuum Chucks can be used as a Single Vacuum Chuck, or combine 2, 3, 4 or more Modular Vacuum Chuck Pallets to easily increase the workholding area as needed.

Vacuum chuck - 13" x 25"
These Vacuum Chucks are produced from flat ground hi-tensile cast aluminum plate.
Each Vacuum Chuck has three individual vacuum ports with multiple vacuum holes per port which allow for flexible use of the entire top surface. Each vacuum port can be shut off individually.
The special grid design maximizes vacuum holding power and allows for removing material from the top surface if the Vacuum Chuck is damaged during use or if the Vacuum Chuck needs to be re-machined flat.
1/2" spacing between the Gasket Cord Slots provides for flexible workpiece placement. This optimizes table space and the amount of workpiece exposed to the vacuum.
Threaded holes in the top surface of the Vacuum Chuck allow placement of Workstops that can be used to align workpieces, and to secure Replaceable Top Plates.

Remove 12 mm pins for grinding/machining thin material, use set screws to locate and aid in holding force
Includes everything necessary to get your VM 100 running within minutes of opening the box (excludes regulator)
