The MC series is a stand alone high pressure coolant system. The device can deliver filtered coolant with 70 bar. The device is made wherein high coolant contamination needs a fast filter change for a continuous machining. The flow rate of the device ranges from 30 L/min. To provide a high performance and reliability, the device also has an optional external heat exchanger.

Heavy coolants can be costly and messy. Thus, they require careful maintenance. The need for lubrication, dry machining is not always possible. This is the reason Frigid-X™ Sub-Zero Vortex™ Tool Cooling Mist System is the best in case of such applications. The unit comprises of a coolant/lubrication suction system which can draw water from any water based liquid into a deigned delivery system.This cools the liquid and a "mist" develops around 40 degrees. Frigid-X™ Sub-Zero Vortex™ Tool Cooling Mist System is a new patent pending, low cost method to help maintain heavy coolant in optimal condition without the hassles caused by dry machining (which is not always an option due to needing lubrication) or addition cooling that cold air cannot provide.

The unit draws any water based liquid into a uniquely designed delivery system through a coolant/lubrication suction system. The liquid is cooled into a cold fluid 'mist' at around 40 degrees F (5 degrees C). This way, you only need 80% of your normal coolant usage, and you also improve production rates and quality. An adjusting screw allows you to control the amount of mist needed (which is also the only moving part of the whole system), thereby eliminating maintenance costs completely.
