Cooling nozzle / cold air / for machine tools - Frigid-X™ series
Frigid-X™ Sub-Zero Vortex™ Tool Cooling Mist System is a new patent pending, low cost method to help maintain heavy coolant in optimal condition without the hassles caused by dry machining (which is not always an option due to needing lubrication) or addition cooling that cold air cannot provide. The unit draws any water based liquid into a uniquely designed delivery system through a coolant/lubrication suction system. The liquid is cooled into a cold fluid 'mist' at around 40 degrees F (5 degrees C). This way, you only need 80% of your normal coolant usage, and you also improve production rates and quality. An adjusting screw allows you to control the amount of mist needed (which is also the only moving part of the whole system), thereby eliminating maintenance costs completely.
