Balconi manufactures a wide variety of presses that are ideal for use in producing progressive tools. The presses are available in different kinds of models to comply with diverse user requirements. The material needed to create components is fed into the press via band feeding lines to unwind the coil and the black is isolated from the rest of the band in the last tool station. The use of this method enables the presses to attain optimal production speeds and rapid production changes.

The presses have the capacity to deliver an utmost thrust force of lesser than or equal to 25,000 kN. The models are flexible as their strokes can either be fixed or variable. There is an option to integrate them with a rapid tool change system.

This machine is developed with up to 25.000kN force, with a ram slow motion that can be link-driven on the ground of various operations. This press can be made with two or four connecting rods, and is usually with a large opening between the uprights to provide necessary space for the system. This apparatus is equipped with feeding systems or destackers that facilitates the part ejection from the tool station. It has two or three electronic transfer systems that can be provided.
