All function components CAD designed and NC manufactured
All linkages equipped with ball bearings

The clip material is supplied to the Clip Unit, cut, formed to a "U" shape and folded around the positioned bag. All functional movements are driven from positive mechanical cams. As an option, the clip supply can either be from the right or from the left side. A second clip supply can be used for a non-stop operation.

Bag seal inspection machine - max. 120 p/min

What the "Seal Checker" can do for you
A seal check unit, measuring each bag twice for thickness, once before and once after application of load.

How the "Seal Checker" works
This system requires that each bag have sufficient air so that when compressed, no product is felt in the bag. As product travels through two moving belts a pocket is formed. Providing less friction on the bag, this protective pocket provides some bag conditioning and improves reading accuracy.

The unit includes seal checking lasers to measure the thickness of the bags during sensing, an air blow-off reject station and a collection bin for bad bags. Also includes sensors to detect double bags and film-only bags with reject.

This system can be integrated onto an existing conveyor or into a complete BluePrint Automation case packing system.
