This VERTIwrap Net Clipping unit is for packing vegetables, fruits and industrial products up to 11lbs into netting sleeves with metallic closing staples at both ends. It can be integrated into an in-feed system. A labeling tag is placed on the top of the sleeves. There is the possibility of an automatic tube changing function, which is motor controlled. A sliding system featuring two gears is capable of performing net extraction.
The slow gear is designed to make the pack and a fast one is designed for retaining the leftover net and returning it to the starting position. The packaging speed is up to 35pcs, depending on the number of products and bag sizes. A control panel is provided for easy operation.
