The DTS ScrewMaster is user-friendly, with separate point of load and a transducerised screwdriver with integrated digital display. The DTS ScrewMaster features two analyzing modes for displaying either maximum or real time torque, upper and lower limits can be pre-set in peak mode which allows an audible transmission and LED to indicate HI, OK or LO fastener status.
The transducer component of the DTS ScrewMaster is directly in line with the hex drive, which make the analysis separate and unrelated to the point of load. The display installed is supplied with a comfortable neckstrap and is linked to the wrench by curly cable. Nearly 100 readings are preserved and can be downloaded to a printer or PC for future processing of data.

Dynamometer screwdriver - UTA/IS ScrewMaster

The UTA/IS Screwmaster is a tool used for measuring torque applied directly to the fastener during mounting or maintenance work. It is capable of sending the acquired data for immediate verification (using an adequate indicator) or storage. The wrench measurement is entirely separate of the load point, since the transducer element is fully lined up with the hex drive. This unit represents an integral part of the Crane UTA torque system, providing a "Plug & Play" operation with Crane readout devices, that automatically recognize the Screwmaster tool. This process helps prevent set-up errors and enables logging of serial number against measurements for complete traceability. For situations were a readout device from another manufacturer is already present, the Industry Standard (IS) version without Auto ID is available.
