Dynamometer screwdriver - UTA/IS ScrewMaster
The UTA/IS Screwmaster is a tool used for measuring torque applied directly to the fastener during mounting or maintenance work. It is capable of sending the acquired data for immediate verification (using an adequate indicator) or storage. The wrench measurement is entirely separate of the load point, since the transducer element is fully lined up with the hex drive. This unit represents an integral part of the Crane UTA torque system, providing a "Plug & Play" operation with Crane readout devices, that automatically recognize the Screwmaster tool. This process helps prevent set-up errors and enables logging of serial number against measurements for complete traceability. For situations were a readout device from another manufacturer is already present, the Industry Standard (IS) version without Auto ID is available.
