The motion control CN with optical fiber enables interpolated and accurate control of work positions. The management at multiple access levels is protected highly by the presence of passwords. It is possible to create and recall working programs quickly. The heating is carried out by the Sinergo diode laser unit. The laser power is controlled accurately. Management of different models is also possible. There is a unit for precise control of the quantity and speed of the tin wire. It is possible to have an automatic version.

Thanks to the R&D's extended experience, The Sinergo has developed a new special equipment called the Sinax robot e.m induction year 2012.It is designed to solder the ribbon cell with e.m induction process.
SInergo AXes robot has a greater productivity operating on the 4 Sinergo Axis X,Y,Z,R.This interpolated, high-speed machine can reach up to 400mm/sec.
The motion control CN with optical fiber is installed for achieving the most accurate control of work position.
There are no homing procedures required for the axes.
The management of different models is possible, so as multiple access levels that are protected by passwords.
There is also a possibility to create and recall working programs.
The controlled heating power of the machine is realized by Sinergo induction units.
The SInergo AXes robot is completely integrated with the Sinergo induction unit and infrared pyrometer “Sinergo IROP” (optional).
The machine is designed for automatic working line version.
It has very high standard of construction and elegant design.
The database structure is made according to standard EPA (ESP).
There is also a possibility to integrate a machine vision for placements correction or quality control.
All parts are 100% traceable.
