Welding robotic cell - Sinax robot – diode laser – year 2013
Sinergo has developed Sinax Robot diode laser for the purpose of soldering. The device is capable of high productivity handling on four Sinergo axes X Y Z R at speeds that go up to 400mm/sec. The motion control CN with optical fiber enables interpolated and accurate control of work positions. The management at multiple access levels is protected highly by the presence of passwords. It is possible to create and recall working programs quickly. The heating is carried out by the Sinergo diode laser unit. The laser power is controlled accurately. Management of different models is also possible. There is a unit for precise control of the quantity and speed of the tin wire. It is possible to have an automatic version.
