The Garnissage Vrac, manufactured by Process Engineering S.r.l., allows random packing with high transfer capabilities that varies from 50 m2/m3 up to 280 m2/m3. This machine is equipped with windows that significantly hinders the preferred paths from forming and allows minimal pressure dropping in contrast with other conventional random packing that are sold in the market.

This machine is sold in units with various diameters from 1" up to 4".

The mixing unities are actually made of high grade and the dissolver resistant synthetics are made strong by a cross bar that is arranged on the output side. For high mixing proportions that have great viscosity differences, we suggest the use of 36 element mixers and for truck agitator based functions we recommend the use of mixers that have 24 elements. Mixers that are of synthetics/stainless steel are not good for the treatment of media that has high viscosity or high temperatures.
