Bell type furnace / nitriding / carburizing - max. +1 100 °C | Profitherm series

Bell style furnace under monitored environment is perfectly suited for a wide range of treatments to include Carburizing - Carbonitriding - Annealing - Brazing - Nitriding - Nitrocarburizing. The technical specializations of this furnace include 50 to 1000 kg load weight, 300 to 1100 mm height, 400 to 1100 mm useful diameter and 1050 degrees maximum temperature. The quenching fluids include polymer, water 200 degrees oil or salt of 450 degrees. The maximum configuration applies to a wide range of quecnchng tanks and treatment furnaces and the peripheral includes oil separators, washing machines, tempering furnaces and salt recovery and the manipulator can ordered as completely automatic, semi or manual.

This furnace ships with a long list of advantages to include all types of quenching and process fluids, easy integration into existing work processes and can be adapted at any time in line with evolving needs, easy to operate in fully or semi automatic, no loos of time when switching processes and instant availability to the start up and the highest quality combined with top notch performance.

The ICBP range has 2 chamber furnaces. There is one quenching cell and one heat chamber that uses the Infracarb patent for low pressure carbonitriding or carburizing in the ICP Duo Furnace. Hot or cold is how the quenching cell can be. The maximum pressure for gas is 20 bars. There are three versions in a variety of sizes such as the model 644 is 600x450x45 and it weighs 200kg, the model 966 is 960x610x660 with a weight of 500kg and the 1299 is 1200x910x910 weighing 1500kg.

The ICBP-FLEX multi-chamber furnaces have a modular concept that makes them the most innovative solution of the low pressure carburizing furnaces by ECM. The compact design of the Flex furnaces meets the highest demands in terms of part quality and productivity. The units can acquire oil quenching cells, either cold or hot, as well as reversible dual stream heating and quenching cells up to a 20-bar maximum, or simple gas. For high temperature tempering, convective cells are available. The loads are movable from one cell to another, thanks to the light heat insulating transfer technology.
