Chamber furnace / for low pressure carburizing / vacuum / compact - ICBP Flex
The ICBP-FLEX multi-chamber furnaces have a modular concept that makes them the most innovative solution of the low pressure carburizing furnaces by ECM. The compact design of the Flex furnaces meets the highest demands in terms of part quality and productivity. The units can acquire oil quenching cells, either cold or hot, as well as reversible dual stream heating and quenching cells up to a 20-bar maximum, or simple gas. For high temperature tempering, convective cells are available. The loads are movable from one cell to another, thanks to the light heat insulating transfer technology. The possibility to mix continuous workflow with treatment recipes is guaranteed with the optional AMS 2750 E version. This range consists of one to ten heating cells, from the ICBP 100 to ICBP 1,000.
