A elevated airflow for a vast range of conveying, ventilation, drying and cooling applications is provided by the ITW Vortecs Round Transvectors. Machine guards are not required by these high-flow, bladeless blowers. Removing plastic scrap and metal chips, ventilating fumes or smoke, and conveying small parts, pellets, powders and dust are some uses for these devices. They provide instant on/off performance, and operate at low noise levels to meet OSHA requirements.
These air amplifiers are more compact and affordable than variable-speed blowers and fans. Round Transvectors can deliver flow rates from 32 to 2,300SCFM and are simple to mount. No moving parts are included so these devices are maintenance-free. They come in several sizes, in both aluminum and stainless steel.

The design of the ITW Vortec Round Transvectors uses minimal quantities of compressed filtered air, which then is able to deliver a large amount of air flow for a wide cross section of cooling, conveying and drying.
The high-flow blowers have no blades so there is no need for machine guards that are generally used to remove plastic/metal chips, powders/dust, fumes, etc. These can be used as vacuum or blow off units and are more compact and cost-effective in comparison to traditional variable speed fans/blowers.
The unit provides immediate on/off performance and meets OSHA low noise level requirements. Choose from stainless steel or aluminum in numerous size options that can be easily mounted.
