The design of the ITW Vortec Round Transvectors uses minimal quantities of compressed filtered air, which then is able to deliver a large amount of air flow for a wide cross section of cooling, conveying and drying. The high-flow blowers have no blades so there is no need for machine guards that are generally used to remove plastic/metal chips, powders/dust, fumes, etc. These can be used as vacuum or blow off units and are more compact and cost-effective in comparison to traditional variable speed fans/blowers.
The unit provides immediate on/off performance and meets OSHA low noise level requirements. Choose from stainless steel or aluminum in numerous size options that can be easily mounted.
