This pump with magnetic drive (model 41.008.200), designed to increase pressure so as to enable a higher flow rate and improved dispense accuracy is ideal for applications where a low water level in a boiler causes an insufficient flow rate .Use of the pump enables flexible sitting of dispense valves inside the machine.Varying the voltage supplied to the pump changes its speed and thus varying the flow rate output.
The use of additional seals preventing potential leak paths is avoided by the use of a non-contact magnetic connection which drives the impeller instead. The pumps body housing is suitable for use with hot water.

This magnetic drive pump has been created to allow increased pressure, which will enable a superior flow rate and improved dispensing accuracy. Perfectly suited to operate where low water levels in boilers cause a reduced flow rate due to the dispense valves. Allows for a flexible siting of dispense valves inside the machine, including up to one meter above water level, which is exceptionally useful for use as a table top vending machine, in confined areas. Attaching a valve bank when operating will allow for the fitting of a re-circulating bypass system, which allows water to be guided back into the boiler to maintain a steady water temperature within the system. Adjusting the variable voltage supplied will change the operating speed of the pump, and thus vary the flow rate output. The impeller is driven magnetic connections, avoiding the need for seals, and prevents leaks. The pumps body housing is suitable for use with hot water and the internal shaft and bearings are made from non-corrosive materials. Applications include: beverage dispensing, and tank or boiler draining.

This pump is designed for dispense. The use of the pump allows for flexible siting of dispense valves inside the machine, including up to approx. 0,4 metre (15,7 inch) above the water level in the boiler. Varying the voltage supplied to the pump will change ist speed and thus vary the flow rate output. The impeller is driven by a longer shaft which locates the motor 58 mm above minimum fill level of the boiler. The pumps body housing is suitable for use with hot water.

This unit is a pump that is equipped with a one piece volute liner and has no radial split at the cutwater. The unit permits adjustment of front and rear liners during operation to maintain production and reduce wear. The heavy duty casing provides a durable infrastructure that allows the unit to operate at high pressures. Pressure molded deep dealing vanes have been created to reduce seal pressure and promote internal recirculation. The standard pressure relief device ensures safe closed valve operation. The shaft is protected at both ends from abrasive or corrosive materials by removable ceramic coated or steel shaft sleeve with o-ring seals. The unit has a limited number of moving parts, reducing maintenance costs and the need for replacement parts.

The AXDD is a horizontal line pump with double suction in its first stage impeller and an axially split casing. The second stage offers an ample balancing line for maintaining suction and stuffing box pressure, all within acceptable limits of any type of mechanical seal.

The pump is geometrically optimized using a hydraulic, structural, thermal dynamic F.E.M. analysis to ensure a highly-reliable product. The AXDD is equipped with a new center-line case mounting to ensure stability even when exposed to high temperatures. The deep stuffing boxes are designed to comply with API 682, and can easily accept a variety of mechanical or packing seals.

The unit has an axial split bearing casing which makes inspection and maintenance easier. The bearing housings have labyrinths and deflectors to protect against dirt. There are also a variety of sizes and several different combinations offered to fit customers' needs.

These are heavy duty multistage pumps that are flexible and ideal for very heavy operations. The pumps have a number of unique features that enable them to function efficiently at all times without fail. These features are: single or double entry first stage impeller, split axial as well as a diffuser component. The pump is also very highly reliable since the parts have been enhanced or optimized by use of geometry, structural and hydraulic applications. The main hydraulic components of the pumps have been replaced and this has allowed for a wide application of use for the pump. Other mechanical parts are also interchangeable and reusable to make it easy for servicing and maintenance. Axial and radial thrusts are minimized by the opposed impeller. The general design also in line with the international regulatory standards and thus this a fully reliable machine that will offer just about anything that you want from it.

This unit is a horizontal pump that uses a radial split and works with a supported centerline unit. It has a pump component for managing hydraulic units and handling dynamic FEM analysis. The reliable design uses a setup that features coverage for 100 hydraulics.

It has a twin volute configuration to keep radial loads down and control shaft deflections, and a mounting setup to meet the high sensibility standard. The bearing bracket is easy to use to keep water cooling functions ready when temperatures get to be 400 degrees Celsius or greater.

The casing and bearing frame work to keep shafts under control. Wear rings and balance holes are also added to keep the unit active in some of the toughest conditions around. This contamination-free unit uses a capacity of 2,500 square meters per hour.
