Centrifugal pump / multi-stage - max. 8 000 gpm, max. 5 000 psig | AHPB, AHBPDS series
This product features heavy duty barrel multistage pumps that symmetrically split and has single/double entry 1st stage impellers. For higher product reliability, optimization through hydraulic, thermal, structural and dynamic F.E.M. analysis of pump components are done. It follows the "modular design" philosophy which allows to enclose an array of uses to replace the main hydraulic components. It comes with fully interchangeable and reusable casing, shaft, bearing frames and mechanical seals. Axial and radial hydraulic thrusts are reduced through opposed impeller and diffuser configurations. Hydraulic performances are inspected on single-stage test equipment which can be useful for verification of 1st stage NPSHR effectivity. It comes with large eye single suction/double suction 1st stage impeller to meet required low NPSH.
