Hydraulic cam - max. 20 t

A range of hydraulic angle transmission systems are developed by QUIRI. These systems have range capacities from 1.8 T to 20 T.

The hydraulic system has a cam return through gas springs because of the membrane accumulator used by QUIRI. It can be positioned at any desired angle. Furthermore, it can perform particular movements that cannot be achieved by a mechanical cam device. The starter piston is separated from the accumulator. The size of the actuator base is reduced and space of the accumulator becomes unoccupied.

The device is guaranteed a long useful life due to its oil-immersed piston and guide.

Provided with a press tool, the hydraulic cam system allows force to be transmitted in any direction when operating.

PNEUMO-HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNITS were derived from US series designed for motion checking. These units were built with a pneumatic cylinder plus integrated hydraulic. Consumers can choose between standard or magnetic version with bore sizes from 50 to 200 mm. They both function in thrusting and in pulling thanks to adjusted stroke.

The UD series are pneumo-hydraulic control units that were made to be utilized where the control of the power stroke is required. The series also comes with an installed expansion tank.

The series have two types: the governed thrusting or free reverse (RS) and governed pulling or free thrusting (RT).

The valve actuator is typically used in pulp and paper, water, oil and gas, and power generating markets. It features aluminum components of 2-1/2" through 12" bore. The piston and end plates are constructed from high strength aluminum. Being over 50% lighter than actuators which have been constructed from steel components, the ITT GV actuators are combined with an aluminum or composite cylinder tube. For high corrosion and abrasion resistance, the end plates are black hard-coat anodized.

The valve actuator has rounded corners of 2-12" through 24" bore. In order to minimize the potential for injury when handling the actuator, all end plates have rounded versus sharp corners. To support the weight of the piston and rod assembly, the piston includes a wear band which also serves to handle the side loading, prevent too much piston seal compression and eliminate the compression set when the piston seal is subjected to long idling intervals.
