Various and diverse industrial applications need efficient as well as cost efficient solutions to the problem of solid and liquid separating tanks. The solid bowl centrifuge also known as a decanter was invented over a hundred years but still it is the best and most conventional way of doing the above said task across various sections. Most of these applications are used to separated the liquid and the solid phases in such a way that least possible moisture is retained in the solid phase while lowest number of solid particles is seen in the separated liquid part (the centrate.)

The Baby Series decanter centrifuges features result to all problems in technology of separation of solid-liquid and solid-liquid-liquid. This product is suitable with the produced standard design like frame design protecting minimum levels of vibrations and extra-low noise levels, lightness ratio up to 4.30:1, giving an elevated clarification length and volume which is exeptional advantage for processing and vibration sense and monitor system.

The casing/frame design ensures that the levels of vibrations are minimum and the noise level is low.
The ratio of slenderness is up to 5.15:1 which provides very large clarification length and volume.
It has a vibration sensing and monitoring system.
It is made up of stainless steel of a very high chemical and mechanical quality.
It has wear protection in accordance with the level of abrasion of the suspension treated.( like sintered Tungsten Carbide segments on the bowl coil and has hard material for product feed zone cake discharge (can be re-positioned or replaced).
It has fully electrical drive system and has a intelligent power flow with the help of the Rotovariator (PIERALISI patent) for automatic operation with low energy consumption.
